The' Bailiwick' chess set will be on display from Thursday 15th April until 15th May, at The Old Government House Hotel, St Peter Port, Guernsey.
This set has been made with Guernsey as the white pieces, and Jersey as the black!

Revealed just this week, to great acclaim and receiving much interest- a limited edition solid silver chess set depicting historical figures pertinent to both Jersey and Guernsey, and relating to their friendly inter island rivalry!
Everything has been made on the island, the figures have been created in our workshop, the board is made from Jersey and Guernsey granite, and the case hand crafted from Jersey oak.
This superb hand made chess set is limited to 40 pieces in order to commemorate our 40th anniversary next year.
